The evolution G-140 H incorporates precision manufactured components to assure the stability of the working parameters on industrial applications of two component foam systems that require precise metering accuracy, consistent mixing quality, and reliable performance.
- Primary heating system consists of two independent heaters that supply a total power of 5000 W (6000 W optional).
- Hose heating system with capability to heat up to 94 meters (310 feet) of hose.
- Control panel provided with a touch screen and proprietary software to facilitate the selection and control of all working parameters.
- Alarm system that alerts of any fault or pending fault during the process to assure the correct application of the products.
- Proportioning pumps of opposed double acting pistons. Different pump sizes allow volumetric ratios of 1:3 to 3:1.
